Sense of purpose

 

Sojourners expect a return on their travel investment. Ideally a pre-arrival intake process establishes the purpose for travel to align the services, accommodations and resources accordingly and to understand their Sense of Purpose in travel.

In room orientation and registration replaces the typical front desk check/in experience with a more personable experience.  It allows for a Sense of Purpose confirmation and connection to the fully-empowered staff member to be responsible for every expectation. It is for this reason significant staff cross-training occurs to support the expectation. We engage the civil, self-improvement, and environmental interactions which play such an important role in giving the sojourner a deeper sense of personal involvement, bringing novelty, authenticity, freedom, and vibrant social involvement into play.
