Wayan is a graduate of Bogor Agriculture Institute (West Java) with a B.S. in Statistics, and Master in Management from Airlangga University Surabaya, and has over 30 years of financial, human resources and entrepreneurial experience. 

Most recently Wayan was CFO for Green School Bali, and is now the Founder and Managing Director Star ProBiz, Bali a management consulting house.

Previously Carma was Financial Controller & Corporate Planning for Bank Universal Jakarta and Sheraton Bandung. Earlier he was Director of Financial Controller & Human Resources at Mandarin Oriental Surabya and the Singgasana Hotel Group.

• He continued as a Human Resources leader as Corporate HR Director Ramayana Group Bali, Director HR Shangri La Maldives and  Intercontinental Bali Resort.

• Wayan was General Manager Ijen Resort East Java, and Guest Lecture at Petra Surabaya and Widyamandala Surabaya.

• Kumar, Zak and Hardiyana have collaborated on the Mandarin Oriental Surabaya.
